These are my recollections of Singapore's Pop Music from the 60s....plus. Information on each group or artiste varies, depending on my knowledge of them. A selection of their hits from that period is also available here for your listening pleasure. You are welcome to post your comments on any of the topics. I'm really amazed by these guys. There's a kind of effortlessness to their creations. In a class by themselves. I've got three songs from the first ep, and I'm dying to hear the others posted here. But where's the link?? Thanks for guiding a living antique through the process...
Thanks for your comments, Charles. There is no music download in my Blog. The Cyclones EP featured was released on CD by Universal Records in 2002, titled Treasures From The Past". Other groups featured on the same CD package were Naomi & The Boys, The Crescendos and The Thunderbirds.
Dear Vernon,
Siva said that they recorded Hoochie Koochie Man as a stand by track but it was never released finally. Pity.
