The Brown Boys
The Brown Boys, another one of those Pinoy groups that made an impact on the local music scene during the 60s. They recorded with EMI Singapore featuring titles like Goin' Out Of My Head, Give Me A Little Sign, among others.
This is quite a good single. Going Out Of MY Head is gorgeous with the marvellous harmonies while Gimme A Little Sign is a brooding rendition of the Brooke Benton hit. Trailers covered this song too and it is interesting to see who played it better. Did we have soul or did the Filipinos have soul ? Hard to tell.
